Jason & Holly Ramsey
Lead Pastor
Jason and Holly Ramsey came to POTC from the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2011 to serve as the Executive Pastor until 2017 when they were elected to serve as the Lead Pastor.
They love God, love people, and love life. They are blessed with three beautiful children, Jaylen, Preston, and Braeden.
Mark & Paulla Foster
Bishop
The Fosters began their ministry serving for six and a half years as the Assistant Pastor under the ministry of his father, Dr. Fred J. Foster. They then served as itinerant evangelists for four years. Beginning in 1981, Mark and Paulla pastored a church plant in Winston Salem, North Carolina for 13 years. After that, they served in the United Pentecostal Church International headquarters in St. Louis for four years, until coming back to POTC in 1998 when they were elected to serve as the Lead Pastor. Under their leadership, the church relocated to its present campus, where the worship center, event center, and the administrative office building were constructed. In 2017, they assumed the role of Bishop and now spend most weekends speaking and ministering in churches and conferences around the world.
